School Year Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, contract position supporting students in an educational setting. The BCBA will play a key role in developing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention programs that promote positive student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students with diverse needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data analysis Train and support school personnel in the implementation of behavior strategies Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to manage caseload and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
