About the
Company:
We are looking to hire a full-time RBT, to work Monday-Friday from 8 am-4:30 pm, or 11:30 am-7:30 pm. Our goal is to empower children, support families, and deliver hope to our clients, our learners and the community in which we operate. The Position:
The RBT will provide support to children with autism by providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills.
Job responsibilities include:
Provide one on one ABA therapy Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support and treatment plans Work collaboratively with BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA Work collaboratively with Education Coordinator to implement learning activities into ABA programs
Job Qualifications:
Must be certified as an RBT Demonstrate competence in behavior management, instructional, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook systems Knowledge of Ensora preferred Spanish-speaking is a plus!
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
