Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working in behavior support or autism classrooms preferred Comfortable supporting students across a diverse range of ages (elementary through high school) Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Adaptable, reliable, and ready to contribute in classroom settings Commitment to maintaining a respectful and safe learning environment

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Provide direct one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students Collect and document behavior data consistently and accurately Assist teachers and other staff in managing behaviors in the classroom Communicate regularly with the team regarding student progress and needs Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training These positions present an inspiring way to help shape the future for children and young adults, all while working alongside a supportive and experienced educational staff.
