Job Description

Overview Position:
Behavior Technician Location:
22285 N Pepper Road Suite 301 Lake Barrington, IL 60010
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (hours vary/2-3 evening until 6pm)
Compensation:
$18.00 - $22.00/hour (pending experience) Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities Detail-Oriented:
Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child's progress
Personalized Treatment:
Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center
Specialized Programs:
Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA Qualifications High school diploma/GED required Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required Additional Data Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans
