Monday - Friday (4 evenings till 6pm per week)

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time BCBA Student/ABA Case Manager to join our collaborative pediatric team. This role is ideal for a BCBA student enrolled in graduate-level ABA coursework who is actively working toward certification and has completed or is working toward 1,000+ fieldwork hours.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism, implement treatment plans, collect behavioral data, support families, and help children develop meaningful skills. This position also offers opportunities to manage a small caseload, support team training, and gain valuable clinical leadership experience. Why Join Us?
