We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who thrives in educational settings and is ready to make a difference for students, families, and educators alike. This full-time, contract opportunity begins as soon as possible and runs through May 28th.

Key Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification and all required licenses for practice Demonstrated experience supporting student behavior in a school setting Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to provide evidence-based interventions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to upholding ethical standards of practice

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop personalized intervention plans Offer direct and consultative support to teachers and staff in behavior management strategies Monitor, evaluate, and adjust behavior intervention plans to ensure positive student outcomes Provide training and professional development for school staff on behavioral best practices Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings when necessary By joining this close-knit school community, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students and collaborate closely with colleagues, all under one roof.
