The RBT implements behavior intervention plans (BIPs), collects data on student performance, and supports students in developing academic, social, communication, and adaptive skills in inclusive and specialized settings. The RBT works collaboratively with teachers, related service providers, and administrators.

Qualifications:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degrees preferred Experience working with students, particularly students with disabilities, preferred Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Ability to collect and graph behavioral data accurately Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
