This full-time position offers 30 hours per week, beginning August 20th and concluding June 4th. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working with school-aged children across K-12 settings preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to tailor interventions to diverse student needs Dedication to evidence-based behavioral practices
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans Collaborate with staff, teachers, and families to implement and monitor behavior strategies Train and support paraprofessionals and educators in behavior intervention methods Maintain data collection and progress monitoring for student programs Attend meetings and participate in collaborative team planning
