Job Description

## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing their implementation to support individuals with behavioral challenges. ## Duties
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and functional assessments
  • Develop behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Provide behavioral therapy services to individuals
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special education professionals
  • Work with children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
  • Ensure compliance with patient care regulations including HIPAA ## Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder preferred
  • Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and applied behavior analysis techniques
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills
  • Knowledge of special education practices and principles
