In this role, you will lead behavioral therapy interventions, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful progress. Your expertise will directly impact clients' growth, independence, and overall well-being through evidence-based practices rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Responsibilities Conduct detailed behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths Develop, implement, and monitor personalized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across environments Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Participate in intake procedures, patient care planning, and ongoing clinical supervision as needed Qualifications Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential such as Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and contribute to behavioral health planning Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients' families and multidisciplinary teams Commitment to patient care, confidentiality, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines Join us in creating positive change through compassionate care and innovative behavioral interventions!
