Job Description

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available | Naperville, IL Join our collaborative ABA team providing services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. We focus on high-quality, individualized care in a supportive clinic environment with opportunities for growth and mentorship. Position Overview Behavior Technicians provide direct ABA therapy while working closely with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team. This role focuses on building communication, social, daily living, and learning skills through structured and naturalistic teaching. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 or small group ABA therapy Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress Support communication, social, and daily living skill development Collaborate with BCBAs and team members Participate in team meetings and training Assist with program materials and preparation Support clients in clinic and community-based activities as appropriate Qualifications RBT certification preferred OR willingness to obtain within 60-90 days (training provided) Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, professional, and organized Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable supporting individuals with varying needs Requirements Must pass background check Valid driver's license and proof of insurance (if applicable) Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe Schedule Options Full-time (30+ hours/week) Part-time options available Consistent daytime schedules available Ideal Candidate Dependable and consistent People-oriented and enjoys working with others Detail-oriented and organized Passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential
