As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you'll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and families to deliver high-quality, play-based ABA therapy. team events, celebrations, and supportive leadership What You'll Do Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time What's Required High school diploma or equivalent Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire What You'll Bring Strong verbal and written communication skills Competence with a variety of computer applications Comfortable persona to better develop relationships with children and their families What Makes You a Great Fit Your passion for working with children with special needs, along with a commitment to building strong relationships and making every session engaging and enjoyable. Monday through Friday 4 - 6 pm, schedule subject to change based on clinic need
