In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis ( ABA ) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst ( BCBA ). Training is provided.

Part TimeMonday - Friday (hours vary) (2-3 evenings per week till 7pm)Compensation:
$19.00- $22.00/ hr (pending experience) Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to joinour fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team.In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis ( ABA ) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst ( BCBA ). Training is provided.

Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child's progress +Personalized Treatment:
Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center +Specialized Programs:
