Job Description

```Duties```
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
  • Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to promote desired behaviors
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients ```Experience```
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
