Hotel Night Auditor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, guest services, and customer relations. This role is essential for ensuring smooth overnight operations, accurate financial reporting, and exceptional guest experiences during the night shift. Candidates with multilingual skills and previous hotel or resort experience are highly encouraged to apply. Duties Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and balance daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of guest accounts Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent phone etiquette and guest communication Assist guests with their needs, providing exceptional guest services and maintaining positive guest relations Maintain security protocols by monitoring the premises during the night shift Prepare detailed reports on financial transactions, occupancy rates, and other relevant data for management review Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or requests Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and hospitality standards Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel management, or front desk operations Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to assist diverse guests effectively Previous experience with night audit functions or hotel night shifts is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of hospitality software systems and basic accounting principles is a plus Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Join our team to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences while working in a dynamic and welcoming environment.
