Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, dressing, and meal routines, to promote independence and self-care skills Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and inform treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques Implement individualized behavior intervention plans in accordance with ethical guidelines and best practices for autism spectrum disorders support Conduct direct behavioral therapy sessions in home-based or clinical settings, ensuring client safety and engagement at all times Support teaching of communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors through structured activities and positive reinforcement strategies Maintain accurate medical documentation, treatment records, and progress notes while adhering to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards Communicate regularly with clients' families, caregivers, and team members to update on progress and address any concerns or questions Requirements Prior experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders or disabilities, especially in behavioral health or special education settings Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and implementing ABA therapy protocols effectively Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients in developing independence skills Strong data collection skills for tracking behavioral progress accurately Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation standards Experience working in home-based environments or providing direct behavioral therapy is highly preferred Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to care and support Commitment to professional ethics aligned with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts Join us to empower individuals through innovative behavioral health services!
