Key Experience and Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Prior experience working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Strong communication and observational skills Ability to adapt and respond to student needs in dynamic environments Professional, patient, and compassionate demeanor

Responsibilities:

Provide direct one-on-one or small group behavior support to students in educational settings Follow individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts Assist with data collection and progress monitoring to track student outcomes Support classroom management and help facilitate positive behaviors Communicate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families regarding student progress Participate in meetings and training as needed to stay current with best practices This contract position offers the chance to build meaningful relationships and contribute directly to students' development.
