Qualifications & Experience:

Current Illinois Paraprofessional Educator License (IL PEL - Paraprofessional) required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential highly preferred Proven experience in a school or educational setting working with children ages K-12 Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide direct 1:1 or group behavioral support to students as outlined in intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers Assist students with academic, social, and behavioral goals Collect and document data on student progress Support classroom safety and positive behavioral outcomes Adapt to evolving classroom needs with professionalism and compassion
