Key Qualifications:
Must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Previous school experience preferred, but all strong candidates welcome Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to supervise and support RBTs district-wide
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess student behavior and skill levels Develop and customize behavior intervention plans Monitor and document student progress Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with educational staff to address district-wide needs
