Transformation ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team! We are a small, clinic-based ABA practice committed to creating a highly supportive, collaborative, and individualized learning environment for children and families. We are looking for a BCBA who values collaboration, hands-on clinical work, and helping children develop the skills they need to become more independent learners. Position Overview This is a part-time, clinic-based BCBA position , that has potential to be full time within 30 days, providing direct clinical oversight and in-person supervision within our clinic setting. The BCBA will work closely with clients, RBTs, families, and the clinical team to develop and implement individualized ABA programming. We offer a build-in CEU training curriculum centered around training in fluency based instruction and relational frame theory. Responsibilities Provide in-person BCBA supervision and clinical oversight of clients receiving services in the clinic Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized behavior-analytic treatment programs Analyze client data and make data-driven programming decisions Provide ongoing supervision, modeling, and feedback to RBTs Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure consistency and high-quality implementation of treatment plans Conduct assessments and assist with identifying meaningful goals based on each client's individual needs Monitor progress toward treatment goals and modify programming as appropriate Support skill acquisition, independence, communication, social skills, learning readiness, and reduction of barriers to learning Communicate professionally and collaboratively with parents/caregivers Participate in team meetings, clinical collaboration, and professional development Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with applicable standards and payer requirements What We Offer Part-time schedule (with potential for full time) Competitive pay Clinic-based setting with consistent access to clients and clinical team members Highly supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity for meaningful, hands-on clinical involvement Regular opportunities for team collaboration and professional development A smaller practice environment where your clinical perspective and contributions are valued Supportive leadership and a team-focused approach to clinical care Qualifications Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Current state licensure/credentials required to practice as a BCBA in Illinois Experience providing ABA services to children preferred Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and individualized ABA practice Ability to work collaboratively with RBTs, caregivers, and other members of the clinical team About Transformation ABA At Transformation ABA , our goal is to help children become confident, independent learners.
