Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Behavior Support Programs (BSPs) and monthly behavior documentation. Complete annual assessments (e.g., FBA, Risk Assessment) for individuals on your caseload. Monitor and coach Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in implementing interventions and accurate documentation. Provide initial and ongoing training to DSPs on BSPs and behavior strategies. Lead the regional Behavior Management Committee and respond to behavioral crises as needed. Participate in intake assessments, transition planning, and emergency support. Collaborate with guardians, QIDPs, ISCs, nurses, and other team members to ensure coordinated support. Maintain compliance with documentation, billing, and regulatory timelines.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in a Human Services-related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Illinois BCBA licensure is not currently required to practice within the agency.
