Job Description

Overview We are seeking individuals with a minimum of one year of experience as a BCBA. Our positions are designed for individuals who are focused on delivering the highest level of ABA therapy. We do this by keeping things simple. Our RBT's have been carefully selected from a large pool of candidates. We are at the highest range for salaries with RBT's and have created a big demand for our positions. We want you focused on ABA and not on constantly training new candidates. Everything we do is focused on delivering excellence. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals. Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor progress through data collection. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress. Conduct regular patient assessments to adjust treatment plans as necessary. Advocate for clients' needs within various settings, ensuring access to appropriate resources. Experience Board Certification in Behavior Analysis is required. Three years of experience working as a BCBA with children with autism. Proficiency in data collection methods and patient assessment techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. $107,000.00 per year
