At All Around ABA , we provide in-home ABA therapy as well as services in daycares, community settings, and schools . Our mission is to deliver meaningful, one-on-one therapy that helps children reach their full potential.

Position Overview:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with All Around ABA, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA therapy. This is a rewarding role where you'll see the direct impact of your work on children and families. Responsibilities Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect and record accurate data during sessions Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills Requirements Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (required) High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) Reliable transportation & valid driver's license preferred Bilingual a plus (not required) Professional, dependable, and passionate about working with children Benefits Competitive pay: $22-$27/hr Health benefits for full-time employees Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time) Afterschool hours available Training and career growth opportunities Why Join All Around ABA?
