You'll have time for treatment planning, documentation, RBT supervision, caregiver collaboration and the other responsibilities necessary to provide excellent care. What You'll Do You'll oversee individualized ABA treatment for a manageable caseload while collaborating closely with RBTs, families and our clinical team. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, analyzing behavioral data, supervising and mentoring RBTs, providing caregiver training, monitoring client progress and ensuring treatment remains clinically appropriate and effective.
