Job Description

Seabright School and Therapy Staffing seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support K-12 students in school settings across Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will conduct FBAs, design and oversee data-driven behavior intervention plans, and provide direct and consultative ABA services. You will collaborate closely with IEP teams, train and coach school staff, and ensure ethical, compliant service delivery. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for K-12 students Provide direct ABA services and model effective interventions for teachers and school staff Collect, analyze, and report behavioral and academic data to drive decision-making Collaborate with IEP teams, families, and administrators to align goals and services Train and coach school staff on behavior strategies, data collection, and classroom management Ensure all services comply with ethical guidelines, IDEA, and district policies Document services, progress, and outcomes in a clear, timely, and compliant manner Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development and reviews Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development Data collection and analysis IEP development and compliance Classroom behavior management strategies School-based consultation Progress monitoring and reporting Staff training and coaching Knowledge of IDEA and special education regulations
