The President founded Brilliant Connections to create an innovative platform to deliver broad, deep and meaningful support to the lives of neurodivergent young people and their families.

Growth opportunities Casual work attire On-the-job training Relaxed atmosphere Flexible working hours Safe work environment We are looking for a Neurodevelopmental Therapist to join our growing team and provide compassionate, effective care to our children and families. The ideal candidate will have a current RBT certification, experience working with children and/or adolescents, be comfortable working with neurodivergent individuals, have a passion for serving others, enjoy continuous learning, and operate collaboratively within a team-oriented structure. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing individual and group therapy, and developing learning opportunities specific to the individual needs of each client.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual developmental therapy using foundational behavior analysis practices. Work collaboratively to develop individual learning plans for children/adolescents. Implement co-regulation practices and teach self-regulation strategies. Teach social skills programs for adolescents. Maintain accurate records of client progress. Be familiar with community resources for referrals. Be able to work with a diverse population.

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
