Job Description

Sign-On Bonuses $2,000 if you're a credentialed RBT $500 for non-RBTs Opportunity for a pay increase at your 90‑day evaluation No degree or RBT experience is required; we pay for 40-hour modules and help you earn your RBT credential. This role is a great fit for teachers, classroom aides, DSPs, mental health techs, childcare workers, and anyone passionate about helping kids grow. This job is active and hands‑on. You'll be engaging with energetic kids, moving with purpose, and adapting to their needs throughout the day. Behavior Technicians provide 1:1 and group ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum, with learning delays, or with challenging behaviors. You'll implement individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to help children build skills in: Communication Academics Daily living skills Social skills You'll also follow behavior reduction protocols, collect data, and maintain professional communication with families, all while receiving ongoing support from our clinical team. Physical Demands:
The following are requirements to ensure staff and clients are kept safe during physical interventions. These skills will be assessed during the interview process. Physical intervention skills : Ability to safely intervene with a child in crisis using approved Mandt techniques. Quick and controlled movement : Includes bending, blocking, kneeling, squatting, sitting on the floor, standing quickly, and occasional running during crisis response. Independent floor-to-standing transition : Must be able to rise from the floor unassisted, without using hands for support or adaptive equipment. Each leg will be tested separately. Sumo squat hold : Ability to perform and hold a sumo squat for 30 seconds. Lifting and carrying weight : Ability to lift 40 lbs (medicine ball) from the floor and carry it approximately 10 steps across the conference room. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required) Experience in human services or education Experience working with children Strong work ethic and positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
