ABA Therapy Salary:
$80,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience We're looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing pediatric therapy team in Merrillville, Indiana. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful ABA services to children and families while working alongside a collaborative team of pediatric therapy professionals. What You'll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized plans of care. Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Ensure behavior plans are implemented accurately and consistently. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary therapy professionals to support positive client outcomes. Provide caregiver education and training to help promote skill development and generalization. Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical clinical documentation. Participate as an active member of a collaborative pediatric therapy team. Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Pediatric or outpatient ABA experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, documentation, assessment, and supervision skills. Experience supervising or mentoring RBTs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for working with children and supporting their development. Salary & Benefits $80,000-$100,000 annual salary , depending on experience.
