Therapy:

Delivering direct ABA therapy in home or clinic-based environments.

Evidence-Based Care:

Implementing treatment plans and behavioral programs crafted by supervising BCBAs.

Clinical Documentation:

Precise data collection and session note submission to track every win.

Active Collaboration:

Engaging in staff meetings, training, and peer-to-peer strategy sessions.

Presence:

Commuting to client locations promptly and reliably.

The Brighter Strides Checklist The Certification:

Active RBT Certification is required .

The Experience:

Proven track record working with children/adolescents with ASD.

The Communication:

Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) for clear reporting and family interaction.

The Logistics:

A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean criminal background check.

Schedule & Travel Hours:

Monday through Friday 3 PM-7 PM.

Setting:

Home-based.

Travel:

Reliable commuting to and from client homes is a core part of this role. Brighter Strides ABA is an
