What You'll Do:
Direct Client Care Provide consistent 1:1 ABA therapy to school-aged and early intervention clients in a structured clinic setting Execute individualized treatment protocols and skill-building programs designed by the BCBA Use play-based learning and structured interventions to support growth in social, communication, and daily living skills Support clients in developing independence through engaging, goal-driven activities Data and Documentation Collect and record accurate, objective data on client progress, behaviors, and skill acquisition Maintain timely session notes and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards Collaboration and Professionalism Respond to challenging behaviors in a safe, ethical, and supportive manner using individualized behavior plans and SafetyCare principles Collaborate closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and the therapy team to ensure consistent, high-quality care Assist clients with daily living skills as needed, including toileting and self-feeding Be a source of encouragement and positivity for clients throughout their learning and development
What We're Looking For:
Required Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Ability to follow structured treatment plans and data collection protocols accurately Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Reliable transportation to and from the clinic location Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check Preferred Experience working with children, including in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related settings Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Nursing, or a related field
