What You'll Be Doing Lead and support a team responsible for maintaining critical cement plant mechanical equipment. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and plant performance. Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Plan and prioritize maintenance resources, materials, and schedules to meet operational objectives. Analyze equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead maintenance teams in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and reliability-focused maintenance practices. Ability to plan, organize, and execute maintenance activities while balancing multiple priorities. Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across departments. Commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Work Environment Role operates primarily in an industrial cement plant environment with exposure to moving mechanical equipment, elevated heights, confined spaces, dust, varying weather conditions, and elevated noise levels.
