This is integrated with a 360 degree approach of teaching the skills that the Behavior Analyst teaches their RBTs, to parents and teachers. Behavior Analysts oversee client programs, behavior intervention plans, conduct parent training, assess and reassess future and current client treatment plans, train Registered behavior technicians, write reports for authorizations for services, and collaborates with their team.
