Degree Requirements:

MASTERS in applicable field of study: Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, Psychology, Social Work or another applied health service area of Psychology (including but not limited to: special education, social work or counseling

JOB DUTIES

The Behavior Consultant wil observe behaviors and create behavior plans to manage behaviors in the home, school, and/or in the community. The Behavior Consultant will train family staff on social skills, ADLS, non-compliance skills, staff training, sibling training, maladaptive behavior reduction, and increasing communication skills. The Behavior Consultant will create the functional Behavior Analysis with the help of guardians, consumers, and the consumer's team Behavior Support Plans which identify behaviors, train on replacement behaviors, and proactive strategies.
