Small, BCBA-owned ABA therapy provider is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for school-based placement near Plainfield. Position Qualifications:

Current RBT certification in good standing, or ability to attain certification within 3 weeks Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Sociology, or related field preferred Experience with high intensity maladaptive behaviors Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative setting Experience implementing behavior intervention plans Work 1:1 with students who have behavioral needs Implement behavior intervention plans Assist in training school staff & model correct implementation of BIPs Work collaboratively with staff and BCBA __________
