Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and elevate the guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front office activities, ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality service. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment, motivate your team, and ensure operational excellence across all guest interactions. Duties Manage and supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency using property management systems (PMS) such as HotelKey or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude, resolving issues promptly through customer service problem-solving skills Coordinate reservations using hospitality reservation systems, ensuring optimal room allocation and maximizing occupancy Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management Maintain multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear communication and courteous phone etiquette at all times Enforce hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and guest relations policies to guarantee a secure environment for all visitors and staff Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong understanding of hotel management principles Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially HotelKey or equivalent platforms Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving capabilities Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and front desk operations in resort or hotel environments Strong communication skills via phone, email, and in-person interactions; ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally Previous experience working with hospitality reservation systems and property management software is highly preferred Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests! Pay:
$18.50 - $20.00 per hour
