What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers) Work 1:1 with amazing kids and teens using ABA strategies Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA Track progress and celebrate the small (and big!) wins Support positive behaviors and help reduce challenging ones Be a consistent, positive presence in your client's life What You MUST Have (Non-Negotiables ) Active RBT certification (required — no exceptions) Experience working with individuals with special needs Reliable transportation (you'll be traveling to sessions) Ability to pass a background check A positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills Who You Are You're compassionate, energetic, and dependable You can think on your feet and stay calm under pressure You genuinely enjoy working with children and making a difference You're a team player who can also work independently Keeping It Real This job is rewarding—but it can also be challenging You'll be on the move (sitting, standing, playing, teaching) Every day looks a little different—and that's part of the fun Why You'll Love It Here You get to make a real impact every single day No boring desk job—ever You'll build meaningful relationships with clients and families You'll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team Ready to Join Us?
