At Limitless ABA, we train RBTs to be confident, skilled, and effective. We take the time to coach and guide our team to provide high quality ABA therapy. Our play-based ABA approach makes learning fun, so you get to make a difference while playing with kids! Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism ages 2-10 Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills through individualized treatment plans Implement Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA guidance Actively engage in bending, lifting, crawling, and play-based interaction Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior using a company-provided tablet Write clear daily session notes Prepare therapy materials and maintain organization of learning spaces Attend required trainings and team meetings Maintain a strong understanding of ABA principles Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent at minimum required Completion of RBT 40-hour training to obtain certification (reimbursement provided) Active CPR/First Aid certification required (reimbursement provided) Comfortable working closely with young children with autism Passionate about teaching children and making a meaningful difference Strong communication and reading skills Reliable attendance Why Join Limitless ABA?
