$25-$30 A Role That Supports Student Growth and Positive Change At Care Options for Kids, our school-based Registered Behavior Technicians play a critical role in helping students build positive behaviors, strengthen emotional regulation, and succeed in the classroom. This role is designed for RBTs who value structure, teamwork, and making a measurable impact on student outcomes. In this position, you'll work one-on-one or with small groups of students to implement behavior support plans aligned with IEPs and 504 plans. You'll encourage positive behaviors, support appropriate boundaries, and collect accurate data to track progress and inform ongoing support.
