Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by supporting their social, emotional, and behavioral growth in a dynamic school setting! This contract position is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking hands-on experience in an educational environment near Olathe, KS. Positions are available at two elementary schools and one middle school, allowing you to help learners across different age groups. Your expertise as an RBT will impact individualized student care through evidence-based practices developed in collaboration with educators and specialist teams. Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Must possess a current and active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification Demonstrated experience with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles in a school or pediatric setting preferred Excellent interpersonal communication and crisis intervention skills Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Adaptable, patient, and eager to help students accomplish their developmental goals
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Support classroom instruction to reinforce prosocial behaviors and skills Collect and document data on student behavior and progress Assist with individualized support during classroom and non-classroom activities Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere for all students Enjoy the rewards of making a noticeable impact in a school environment through your specialized RBT expertise.
