Job Description

The Behavior Project is a locally and BCBA owned/operated ABA provider in Overland Park and Stilwell, KS. We're an innovative early intervention program serving littles on the autism spectrum (ages 2-7). We are looking for compassionate individuals experienced in fun and imaginative play-based approach with young children. Please note that previous experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with ASD is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for all new hires to learn about play based therapeutic approaches to help support children grow within their behavioral, developmental, communication and social-emotional goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist with skill acquisition programs, including communication, social skills, and daily living skills
  • Maintain a safe, FUN, and supportive environment for clients
