Qualifications:

Current, active RBT certification is required Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or similar setting strongly preferred Solid understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention plans Strong communication and teamwork skills Dedication to fostering a nurturing, respectful environment for every student

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized behavioral interventions to students as outlined in behavior support plans Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and support staff Track and document student progress with accuracy and attention to detail Reinforce social, academic, and behavioral skills that promote student success Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development opportunities
