Qualifications:

Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required Experience in school settings with children and adolescents preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow prescribed intervention plans and document progress accurately Ethical, compassionate, and adaptive in challenging situations

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral intervention for students as outlined by supervising BCBA or special education teams Document student progress and communication logs consistently and accurately Collaborate with staff and families to support student goals Assist in developing and maintaining structured classroom routines Adapt support strategies as needed based on student response and team feedback This contract role is available at two elementary schools and one middle school in the Kansas City area.
