Our interdisciplinary team provides specialized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy , behavioral health services, education, and developmental support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Whether you're an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , an ABA Therapist , or someone looking to begin a rewarding career in behavioral health, child development, psychology, education, special education, direct support, or healthcare , Heartspring provides paid training, professional development, and opportunities to grow. The Position Provide Direct ABA Therapy Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles while implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Support Skill Development Teach communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, daily living, play, and adaptive skills while helping children achieve meaningful developmental milestones. Collect Behavioral Data Accurately record client progress, behavior data, and treatment information to support ongoing assessment and individualized programming. Implement Behavior Intervention Plans Use evidence-based behavior reduction and positive reinforcement strategies to decrease challenging behaviors while increasing independence and functional skills. Collaborate with an Interdisciplinary Team Work closely with BCBAs, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and families to provide coordinated, child-centered care. Build Positive Relationships Create trusting, supportive relationships with children and families while maintaining professionalism, compassion, and exceptional customer service. Maintain a Safe Therapeutic Environment Ensure a structured, engaging, and safe clinic environment while following safety procedures and supporting each child's emotional and physical well-being. Continue Learning and Growing Participate in ongoing professional development, required certifications, and clinical training to build your skills and advance your career in behavioral health. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and assisting students with daily activities. Ability to lift, transfer, and assist students as needed. Ability to safely perform approved crisis intervention techniques. Ability to respond quickly during emergencies. Occasional exposure to bodily fluids and other situations common in healthcare and residential settings while following established safety procedures.
