Full-time during 1st & 2nd shift hours, with one weekend shift per month Reports to: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Key Assets Kentucky is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with youth with autism or developmental disabilities in our Children in Community Care residential program. This is not a traditional clinic-based or in-home RBT role. The youth we serve live in Key Assets Kentucky residential group homes and may have complex needs and life experiences that require consistent, trauma-informed support. RBTs work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized behavioral support within the youth's everyday environment - including their residence, school, and community. What You'll Do Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to youth in their residential home, school, and community environments Track progress and record detailed behavioral data for supervisor review Work under the guidance of a BCBA to ensure quality care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support behavior goals and skills development What We're Looking For Must be a certified RBT or able to complete RBT training and certification within 90 days of hire Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred Strong communication, patience, and attention to detail Ability to work independently in various settings High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred 21 years of age or older What We Offer Hands-on training and support from licensed behavior analysts A collaborative team that values your voice and expertise Rewarding work that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of youth Opportunities for growth in a mission-driven organization
