Position Summary We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill assessments (e.g., ABLLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland). Develop and oversee implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans. Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians. Train staff and caregivers on behavior intervention strategies. Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and payer requirements. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and data analysis. Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB. State licensure. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
