Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help empower clients to achieve meaningful progress while collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify underlying causes of behaviors and inform intervention strategies Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure fidelity of ABA interventions Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and facilitate seamless service delivery Perform client assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorders support Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality Requirements Valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or equivalent credentialing organization Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, functional assessment, and behavior intervention techniques Proven experience in conducting behavioral health assessments, data collection, and medical documentation Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working within medical or home-based behavioral settings is preferred Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with children with disabilities in various environments including school settings and home-based programs Ability to perform patient care tasks responsibly while adhering to HIPAA standards for confidentiality and privacy Join us in transforming lives through compassionate, innovative behavioral health services!
