Position Summary:
Oakwood New Vista provides an exciting and stimulating opportunity for Behavior Analysts interested in working with adults with Intellectual Developmental Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and cooccurring psychiatric conditions. The Behavior Analyst models and trains staff in the principles and practice of Positive Behavior Support methodology. They conduct behavior assessments including functional analyses and provide behavior analytic interpretations of the results. The Behavior Analyst is responsible for Behavior Plan design, training, implementation, monitoring and reporting. They provide direct behavioral treatment to clients via replacement skills training, crisis de-escalation, and behavioral /ABA therapy. The Behavior Analyst serves as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams providing expertise regarding behavioral issues. There are opportunities to provide community consultation through our Outpatient Specialty Clinic. - Master s degree in Behavior Analysis or related discipline
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and KY Behavior Analyst License required
- IDD experience strongly preferred
- Valid Driver s license
