Job Description
Shinethru ABA Therapy, LLP has been in business 10 years in CENLA. We are happy to serve the families here. We have an exceptional group with 2 other BCBAs (only board certified behavior analyst licensed in Louisiana) on staff. Our RLTs are trained consistent with BACB best practice. We also provide therapeutic hold training from a nationally recognized organization. Pay based on experience. Our Administrative team takes care of the prior authorizations, scheduling and billing so that you can focus on your clinical responsibilities. 35 billlable hour work week. We offer a very competitive compensation package for LBAs with salary, PTO, Group Health Insurance, and 401K.
