Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Provide direct, one-on-one support to students to encourage constructive behaviors and reinforce learning Assist classroom teachers with behavioral strategies to support student success Monitor, document, and report on student progress and interactions Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom and throughout the school Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and consultations as needed Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with students and staff
