Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and demonstrate a commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals through effective behavioral interventions. This role involves working closely with children and their families to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavioral changes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop appropriate intervention strategies. Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure cohesive patient care. Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral techniques and strategies. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of patients and track progress over time. Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with healthcare professionals. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral therapy. Experience Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst is required. Experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting is preferred. Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and familiarity with medical records management. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to apply behavioral therapy techniques effectively in various settings. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
